Resty Mirembe22 April, 2017
Resty, born in 2008, is a destitute child who has never known her biological father. He disowned her and left the family before Resty was born. She lives with her mom and older sister in a rented house. Her mom earns a living by selling small doughnuts. Her income is insufficient to keep her two daughters in school and provide for their basic daily needs. Resty regularly missed school because of unpaid tuition fees. Resty was accepted by Neema Children’s Ministries, the outreach program of Kingdom Child Project. Neema Child Project’s Child Development Program provides funding toward Resty’s education, nutritional needs and medical care. Resty has a dream of someday working as a teacher.
